The project
I designed a new app from the ground up, using insights from the existing product, user interviews, and usability testing to guide key decisions and validate the experience.
Goal
Create a single app to control all Maytronics products, expand the user base, and introduce direct in-app sales of accessories and add-ons.
Multiple product lines
A wide range of products and variations needed to be unified into a single, consistent app experience with a cohesive look and feel.

From sketches to a shipped product.
Wireframe
Defining the screens that fit user needs and business goals, in close collaboration with the development team. Making sketches and presenting them to the teams until the best direction emerges.
Design language
We decided to go with an illustration language that feels updated and technological.
Design system
Deciding all the styles of the app — variables for colors, spacing, radii and font sizes. Designing components to keep the app consistent and easy for every designer to work on.
Final design
Establishing a cohesive user experience across all Maytronics products to streamline interaction and align with strategic business objectives.
