A web platform for searching and listing sublets, built to support a rapidly growing user base.

Lesublet is a sublet marketplace startup designed to simplify how people list and discover short-term rentals.
As the solo designer in an early-stage startup, I led the end-to-end design of the web app, focusing on creating the simplest and most reliable way to find and list sublets.
Build a platform that makes subletting both easy and secure.
Subletting today exists mostly in informal channels, making the experience fragmented and risky.
With limited initial data, I focused on understanding users through research and early testing. The wireframing phase helped define a clear, goal-driven experience that enables users to complete key actions quickly and effortlessly.

I developed a playful visual system based on "hand" illustrations to reflect the informal and human nature of subletting. These hands interact with UI elements by holding, pointing, and supporting them, creating a more engaging and memorable experience. The style extends across the product and marketing channels, reinforcing a consistent brand personality.

The final interface is clean, intuitive, and focused on helping users quickly find and list sublets with confidence. This clarity and usability contributed to doubling the platform's user base within five months.

A trusted sublet platform with strong traction in the market, improving both safety and accessibility for users.
